Townhall untuk 800 staff dengan sesi Q&A hybrid yang connect remote teams dari Singapore, Bangkok, dan Jakarta. Setup MCP kami integrate dengan Zoom supaya display live stream remote participants di LED wall. Technical juggling yang mencabar, tapi team kami deliver dengan smooth.
Townhall meeting ni unique sebab hybrid setup. 800 people di venue, plus 300+ remote attendees from 3 different countries. Kami kena ensure everyone rasa connected, tak kira they are physically present or joining via Zoom.
Tech setup pun next-level. Kami integrate 3 PTZ cameras untuk auto-tracking speakers, 2 manned cameras untuk audience reactions, confidence monitors untuk speakers supaya nampak remote participants, dan LED wall playback untuk display Zoom grid dalam venue. Audio pun critical—lapel mics untuk speakers, shotgun mics untuk audience Q&A, plus feed audio dari Zoom call supaya in-venue crowd dengar remote questions clearly.
Challenges? Banyak. Lighting kena cukup bright untuk broadcast-quality footage tapi tak sampai silau untuk live audience. Network bandwidth kena stabil sebab we are streaming 1080p ke Zoom while simultaneously recording 4K locally. Backup systems semua on standby—backup internet line, backup recording device, backup mics.
Masa live Q&A session paling tricky. Ada soalan dari floor, ada from Zoom chat, ada via mobile app polling. Kami coordinate dengan moderator untuk ensure camera cues smooth. When someone stands up untuk tanya soalan, camera 2 snap to them immediately. When remote participant speak, LED wall display their video feed, dan camera 1 capture that for recording.
